Smart pi DVA GTFS v1.6.2 – Release Notes

Release: May 2026

Recommendation: All users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to this version.

Features

• Added Loop x Mins Feature to allow announcements a specific intervals.

Improvements

• Improved User Interface Controls and added licensing information.
• Added Audio Generation for o’clock rather than Zero.
• Added REST API Security.
• Code refactoring and architectural cleanup for better maintainability and clean shutdown.

Bug Fixes & Minor Enhancements

• REST API call to DVA channel and business rule enable/disable no longer requires a restart of the application to update.

This release focuses on the implementation of x loop functions and other improvements.
