This release adds GPI inputs and focuses on security and reliability. It includes all changes since Version 1.5.2.
New Features
- GPI inputs: Up to 16 GPI inputs can now trigger Smart pi EYE modes, with debounce and invert settings, a new GPI page and live input levels on the Status page.
Improvements
- PHP 8.2.35: Updated to PHP 8.2.35 with the latest security fixes.
- Security: Security updates to the web interface.
- Reliability: An offline device can no longer stall the system, and improved health monitoring.
- Smart pi EYE: More reliable communication with Smart pi EYE.
- Settings: New Smart pi EYE API settings (on/off, server URL and optional API key) under System.
- User interface: GPI Inputs moved to its own menu item, plus general interface improvements.
- Logs: Improved log export and reduced routine logging.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed zone handling for some NAM devices.
- Fixed a possible hang when a device returned an empty reply.
- Fixed the Configure Modes button and saving zone settings.
- Fixed updates on units with older update software.
