Smart pi SIP
The Smart pi SIP is a software SIP audio endpoint that connects sound card audio channels to SIP calls. Each SIP extension can be routed to its own input and output channels, so audio sources and speaker zones can be linked over LAN, wide area networks and the internet.
Extensions can register to the Smart pi PBX or any standard SIP server, or connect point-to-point without a PBX. High-quality OPUS audio with adaptive jitter buffering keeps audio clear on networks where linear audio such as Dante is not practical.
Smart pi SIP is standards based, and the same technology is used in the NAM SIP option for the Smart pi NAM (Network Amplifier Module), bringing the same wide area and internet-based connectivity to the Smart pi ECOsystem.
